About The Chef
Patty Emanueli is a Certified Executive Chef and founder of Chesapeake Culinary Services, LLC located in Grasonville, MD. She has over 20 years of food service industry experience encompassing operations, operations management, distribution, brokerage, consulting and manufacturing. She trained early on in her career under the direct mentorship of a Certified Master Chef, and two time gold Culinary Olympic medalist, in Finksburg, MD. Chef Patty is very creative with an eye for detail.
In 2009, she was published by King In Prince Seafood for two signature recipes she designed for the company and their products that included a Sweet and Sour Cod with Lemon Risotto and Sweet Chili Lime Shrimp Salad with Cool and Creamy Pina Colada Sauce. This lead to her first national filmed media publication later that same year in their Light and Healthy Promotion.
In 2010 she was honored as one of" The Elite Eight" of food brokers across the country in a year over year market penetration growth.
In 2011 a Chimichurri Seafood Salad with Herbed Crepes and Pancetta made the prestigious Tyson University menu in Arkansas.
In 2012 Chef Patty was an ACF National Convention presenter in Orlando, FL on behalf of Sara Lee Food Service to help launch "Menuvision"- a widely acclaimed marketing tool still utilized today.
